Toxxic 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2004 Just wondering if anyone knows if he's even still wrestling. I quite liked him towards the end of his Velocity tenure.

Guest Choken One Report post Posted June 5, 2004 I still contend that Moredeaci's role or even Tomko's role was PERFECT for him.
Internet Warfare 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2004 well he did do the May Toyko Dome show. Other than that and doing All Japan I think he's been taking time off.
Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2004 I still contend that Moredeaci's role or even Tomko's role was PERFECT for him. I'd go for Tomko's role. I like O'Haire, but mic skills weren't his strength (outside of preproduced vignettes). Tomko's role calls for him to stand there & look menacing.
tbondrage99 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2004 I agree, O'Haire should of had Tomkos role. He would be a much better problem solver, and he wouldnt botch a stupid assed kick.

Shoulda watched WCW Thunder, where he'd botch punches, chops, and kicks regularly. -=Mike

Still I would of liked him there instead of Tomko.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted June 6, 2004 The thing about SOH was that he had charisma when Tomko doesn't. SOH knew how fucking do a standing side kick unlike Tomko as well and doesn't have horrible tattoos all over him.
Kardo 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2004 SOH and Palumbo were in quite the tag team groove when they were brought into the WWE. I was shocked that they weren't left to do their own thing when they were brought in.
tbondrage99 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2004 Yeah but dont forget it seems like the WWE wanted to and easily acomplished killing off all the momentum that anyone from WCW had.
SteakGrowsOnUecker 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2004 If I were O'Haire I'd be pissed with Piper for being senile and getting fired from the WWE, along with dragging him down into unemployment with him. Thats a shame that it all went down like that.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted June 8, 2004 ummm...SOH still worked for WWE for 10 months after Piper was canned. His inability to do his character got him fired along with his injuries.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted June 8, 2004 Doesn't O-Haire have background training in Martial Arts or sometihng along those lines? So the botching punches and kicks is a load of shit.
Guest Goodear Report post Posted June 8, 2004 Just because you can actually throw punches and kicks for real doesn't mean you can make the fake versions look good. How anyone can still say Sean O'Haire was any good is beyond me completely and totally and I wonder to myself at night if he has some sort of hypnosis power. Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2004 Be that as it may, he still would have been better than Tomko, with the added positive of not injuring Jericho in practically every match.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted June 8, 2004 Tomko nearly falls over everytime he does a boot to the head. See Also: Jones, Nathan
Guest whitemilesdavis Report post Posted June 8, 2004 I really like O'haire with the Natural Born Thrillers. He seemed to have potential in that he was really big, and quite agile. I didn't see enough of him in WWE to see what he had. And yeah, Tomko's boot in the cage match wiffed by like 3 feet. I can only assume that this guy sucks. The Buzz 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2004 For all the O'Haire lovers. He's over six feet tall so of course everyone on the forums will hate him . I wouldn't be surprised to see him show up in TNA down the line. He'd be decent in their mid-card.
JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2004 Sean O'Haire was tall and skinny in WCW, which made him very agile and made him stick out among most of their roster. Once WWE got a hold of him and put on the muscle, he seemed to fall into the same spot as every other OVW "hoss."
Guest Mulatto Heat Report post Posted June 9, 2004 Actually he was very muscular in WCW. His weight gain during OVW was barely noticeable at best. I like how every single Sean O'Haire topic ends up being about the same thing. The subject was about what he's doing now, not about who screwed up the push or who is better than whom. JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2004 I just remember him being a whole lot more mobile in WCW, WWE should've let him bust out the Seanton Bomb at least once to see what kind of reaction it got.
