I'd assume that either 1) the team pix are taken out as they pass or 2) the team that uses the YIELD is SOL. I'm assuming there's a crew member at the YIELD marker that takes the team photos out as they pass. That's what I figured while I was watching the first episode, anyway. CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2004 Did they ever show the Yield last night? If so, I missed it. I really hope that doesn't play a major part in who gets eliminated and who doesn't. It just seems like a really dick move (© Zach) that doesn't really fit with the show. Of course, with this group of contestants, there seems to be a lot more childish crap going on (see: Bowling Moms telling Jim and Marsha they had to exchange their money), so maybe it'll fit in just fine. Yield was neither shown nor used. I suppose that this early in the race it's not worth it. And really, I hope that it's never used. I think they should have more FFs than 2 though. And does anyone else think that they'll be available on the non-elimination legs only? Teams are still playing stupid, but it seems that the Fat Boys, while obnoxious, have something resembling a clue. Mirna hugged Phil again, and I swear I could hear Miss Alli of TWoP yell something about a restraining order. Chip and Kim and the Twins again avoided Philimination because another team was dumber. She tells her friend not to yell, then she starts screaming her head off, a little hypocritical. I wih they missed the flight instead of the mom and dad couple. I think that they're hypocritical, seeing as how we always hear Charla talk about how she wants to be recognized as equal to everyone else, and then they'll show taking advantage of her condition to get ahead of everyone else. And Mirna is even worse. Moment of this week was when the brothers drove by and yelled BITCH!!! at them. It's going to be sad when they get eliminated. Basically, you do whatever you need to do to win the Race (even if it means, say dragging your partner kicking and screaming for the whole Race) so if Charla shuts up about the whole "independence" thing and whining about not getting help, then she's ok by me.
