The Saudi daily Al-Sharq al-Awsat, monitored in Beirut, reports Iran has massed four battalions at the border. And couldn't some quick photographs show if Iran was building their military up or not? It isn't something like a plan that can be kept in someone's head, a military buildup would be a clearly visible thing. You have to remember that inspectors, both UN and US, were in Iraq for a long time and had not come up with a trace.
