Dr. Zaius Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 Flash Gordon. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He saved every one of us.
treble Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 The Cape Fear DVD has a few of the opening credits that Saul Bass did. Psycho and Vertigo are pretty awesome.
spiny norman Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 Monty Python and the Holy Grail is awesome.
Aero Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 I loved Spider-Man 2's comic book style recap of the last movie, with awesome music as well.
Brett Favre Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 Yeah, was going to say Spider-Man 2. Also Batman Begins because it just started.
Kaertos Posted July 29, 2005 Report Posted July 29, 2005 One of my favorites has always been the opening of Superman. The old theater curtains open, the kid reads the opening of the first Sperman comic, then fade to the "real" Daily Plaet, then into space for the credits zooming by. Add in John Williams awesome music and you've cinematic history. I wish they would do one of those AFI specials on this topic.
