"Bonnie and Clyde" - It was fairly influential in popularizing the anti-hero in American cinema, thematically it had elements of romance, trgedy, crime, and comedy that all seamlessly blended without really hurting the mood they were going for. Plus, it's a film that can be watched now without losing any of it's impact, while I think The Graduate hasn't aged nearly as well. Plus, "Bonnie and Clyde" has Gene Wilder.
