Guest Anglesault Report post Posted July 29, 2004 Spoiler! Highlight to read The Kurt vs. Eddie match will be a three stages of hell match. The first match is a whoopie cushion on a pole match. The second match ends when one person squirts seltzer in the others' face. The third match, if need be, is a rare "dunk tank match" Each man takes a turn sitting in a dunk tank while the other tries to hit the lever and knock him in. Each guy gets three throws. If at the end of the dunk tank match the score is tied, they move on to a sudden death karaoke challenge End Spoiler
CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2004 Guys, what do you think the odds are on there being a fatal four way match for the IC title (Edge vs. Jericho vs. Kane vs. Batista) ? Well, it depends. If Kane isn't doing anything with Hardy, then yes, I can see that happening. But if he is, then a triple threat is pretty likely, I think. Anybody think they will bust out a TLC match for the SD Tag Title Match? Nah. I think they're going to let that stay at rest for awhile. NO need for London or Kidman to kill themselves. Spoiler! Lt. Al Giardello 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2004 Even though I strongley dissagree with your opinion on the fued. I actually found that post funny. But on topic... A Batista Vs. Edge Vs. Y2J match works out great.

Guest Leon Report post Posted July 30, 2004 I think SummerSlam is shaping up to look something like this: JBL vs. Undertaker -- WWE championship Benoit vs. Orton -- World Heavyweight Championship Angle vs. Eddie HHH vs. Eugene HBK vs. Kane Spike/Mysterio vs. London/Kidman vs. Dudleys -- TLC for Tag Titles Booker T vs. RVD vs. Cena -- U.S. Title Jericho vs. Edge or Jericho vs. Edge vs. Batista -- I.C. Title Women's Title match
CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2004 Booker T vs. RVD vs. Cena -- U.S. Title Jericho vs. Edge or Jericho vs. Edge vs. Batista -- I.C. Title Those two matches depend on each other. If the IC Title match is a three way or even four way, I don't think the US Title match will also be a triple threat. Ultimately, it comes down to who WWE would leave off the card: RVD or Batista. With this, I think it's more likely to see Edge/Jericho/Batista and Cena/Booker. Although, judging by the Smackdown main event tonight, wouldn't a RVD/Booker T match be more logical. Of course, they wouldn't leave Cena off the card, so I digress.
algrim 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2004 PWInsider reported a couple of weeks back that HBK wouldn't make it to S ummerslam. If that is true, put Kane in the IC title match or use him for backstage skits at least.
Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted July 30, 2004 If that is true, put Kane in the IC title match or use him for backstage skits at least. I'm pretty sure that they are going to do another form of Kane vs. Matt Hardy. From the look of what Kane and Hardy did in the Battle Royal from RAW...........I thought that would be obvious. Of course, they wouldn't leave Cena off the card, so I digress. The crowd @ Smackdown was white-hot for Cena the last time WWE was in the T-Dot area so Cena vs Booker is the smart bet, though I agree that RVD certainly has a case after the end of last night's SD. I don't think that the WWE would do the Three Way w/ Edge, Jericho and DAVE because of two simple reasons: 1) DAVE is more over then Edge. 2) Jericho is more over then Edge. Even though they're in Toronto Edge has been getting a pretty solid chorus of boos from the crowds lately and Batista is starting to get very over as the badass face type. If Christian was back by now I'd say do a 3 way and substitute him for DAVE. I wonder if WWE will do Kane vs Batista just to test out how strong Batista's face reactions are. Aero 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2004 When Batista knocked out Jericho with another clothesline during the No DQ match with Kane, I was sure they would have Jericho vs. Batista in a Last Man Standing. Between the two 3-ways, I'd rather see Cena vs. Booker T vs. RVD. At least we're guaranteed a decent match with Edge vs. Jericho.
