UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Anyone have a run-down of the card for the show tonight? Anything good? No spoilers, just matches, please.
razazteca Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 25 minutes of the Diva Search and Stevie Richards stalking Victoria?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 This is pathetic. Here's the "preview" of "tonight's" Heat episode. Sunday Night HEAT preview for June 20, 2004 Page 1 of 1 Shelton Benjamin has been making waves on Monday Night RAW, grabbing upset victories left and right. This week, the young upstart will spice up Sunday Night HEAT with a match against the smug Garrison Cade. HEAT also looks back at Kane’s destructive surprise attack on Shawn Michaels on RAW, and a six-man elimination tag match between Evolution and the trio of Chris Benoit, Edge and Chris Jericho. And now that a week has passed, it’s a good time to reflect on the epic Hell in a Cell match from Bad Blood. Also, Val Venis will face Steven Richards, and Maven will take to the ring. So don’t miss HEAT this Sunday night at 7/6 CT on Spike TV.

UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Sad thing is I started reading the Heat preview and saw the Shelton in action part, and I thought he was back. Actually, sad thing is, I started reading the hHat preview.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Trish Stratus leading Captain Botch Raw to the ring to face The Porno Kid!
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 A rematch of their pre-Vengeance classic!
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Trish "Lefty" Stratus looks concerned.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Venis has to go over here. He's carrying it big time and lost the last one to useless bald man. But Tomko will go over because Trish can't be associated with a Heat loser.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Venis has to go over here. He's carrying it big time and lost the last one to useless bald man. But Tomko will go over because Trish can't be associated with a Heat loser. And your prediction does come true.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 God, Tomko is like a bizarro world version of Test. And as bad as Test is, he at least has a moveset. Tomko has the stupid kick.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 By the way, anyone else notice that Tomko is using Christian's theme while Christian is out?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Jazz is still on the roster? Whatever happened to Victoria winning the #1 Contendership in a pretty good Vengeance match Vs. Molly? When do she and Trish interact?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Yeah, it pisses me off because due to injury, the only person in the Trishtian Tom Co. that can "wrestle" is the guy brought in to stand around and attack Christian's opponents.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Yes I love the redhead. This would've been funny if like, the girls were "scared" I guess. And they weren't all morons.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Do Coach and Al Snow think they're like "cool" with this "McBobbaGanooch" crap? I'm sure the jobbers could work a better match then old man Snow and Coach.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Do Coach and Al Snow think they're like "cool" with this "McBobbaGanooch" crap? I'm sure the jobbers could work a better match then old man Snow and Coach. It's their gimmick. They're paid to do so.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Detroit Tigers logo on Rhyno. Means he'll start a decent push and then have a big losing streak.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 Announcers shouldn't have gimmicks. They should announce matches and MAKE THE VIEWERS WANT TO WATCH THE MATCH. Giving wrestlers generic last names just makes the viewer feel even MORE apathetic about the team, much less, the match.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 1, 2004 Author Report Posted August 1, 2004 God, these jobbers are awful.
Mrnoitaull Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 I just realized Tajiri had no reason to be tired and unable to get to Rhyno . I mean the opposing team has gotten no offense .
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 And now Snow does his best Heyman impersonation.
DangerousDamon Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 I just thought of a way to make Orton's battle royal win cool. While Jericho's on the apron, Orton slides under the ropes and RKO's Jericho off the apron.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 I just thought of a way to make Orton's battle royal win cool. While Jericho's on the apron, Orton slides under the ropes and RKO's Jericho off the apron. Yes, that would have been kinda cool.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Damnit, give Rosey his own superhero name! Rockslide! It fits! It begins with an R, he's heavy! ...though he might be mistaken for a lost member of the Natural Disasters.
DangerousDamon Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Doesn't showing recaps of Raw/Smackdown on Heat and Velocity kill the purpose of having the Experience show?
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Doesn't showing recaps of Raw/Smackdown on Heat and Velocity kill the purpose of having the Experience show? Yes, but it doesn't mean that they're going to stop that anytime soon.
The Mandarin Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 The few first commercials were cute, but that was AWFUL.
