Savage/Warrior II was excellent, and Michaels/Martel was also very good. Throw in the Mankind/HHH cage match, the ladder match revisited, and the Megapowers/Megabucks match (for nostalgia), and that's a damn good set of matches, IMO. I've never ordered it either, but the run times are on the webcast webiste. Judging by those, you get the match in its entirety. I don't know about entrances though.
