How long you been up?

Its not how long I've been up, its how long I am going to be up, and how many days this will drag on. It happens the same time every week.

Quit drinking coffee and pop. I'm also a naturally wound up person who never sleeps. I don't really get that tired though. What you need to do is break the cycle your brain is on right now, and you can do that by drugging yourself.

And I've cut caffeine out of my diet. I haven't a clue why this is happening.

How many hours of sleep do you get on a night that you actually sleep?

 

Typically, I get two if I'm lucky. I think mine is triggered by stress though.

Plenty. Its just I'll go three straight says without sleep, then 4 with. Its a cycle. A hellacious cycle. My dad's a doctor, maybe I should ask him?

That's what I would do. Especially if it isn't a recurring, every night kind of thing like mine is.

 

Although, I've had what you have, with not sleeping for a few days, then going to a normal sleep cycle, and I don't think it's very healthy at all.

Its not. And again, I'll be up to watch regis and FUCKING Kathy Lee. I haven't a clue what I'll do if this persists during school.

I've got the same problem and it usually keeps me up for a couple of days at a time. I tried cutting out caffiene too - no luck.

 

The only things I've found that help at all are working out and/or smoking lots of pot. I'm sure there's some kind of medical solution, but I doubt it's as healthy as mine.

Banky, lay on your back and place your hands underneath your ass and raise your legs (held together) 6 inches above the ground for 2 minutes. Repeat this as many times as you can until your stomach feels like it is about to slip out of your ass.

 

This should tire you out enough and it'll also work out your gut.

It should tire you out since you're going for shutdown or "dead zone" as some of my jockier friends call it. It works for me if I can't get some good sleep.

Try Tylenol PM, like suggested earlier. I know this chick who was a hardcore insomniac and went through all of the perscription shit, and this is the only thing that worked for her.

 

Don't get addicted though, it's got painkillers that will hurt your liver if you use it often for a long time.
