Problem

Recommended Posts

Guest Random Hero

I'm not sure if it's the screen freezing, or the mouse stopping working. Sometimes it happens right after I turn the computer on....other times it may take an hour.

Anyone got any ideas of how to prevent this?

Thanks

If you find a solution let me know. I did a search for this and I think it is a virus problem. I wish I could find a removal tool but everywhere I look it says update virus definations as the only solution.

Well for one... too little info.

When it freezes if you do CTRL-ALT-DELETE is something taking up 100% of the CPU?

I have that problem. %100 of the CPU is being used. any suggestions?

Yeah..... restart your machine. Short of this...use an alternative to windows
