"Swarzennagger outlaws sex with corpses"

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...ime_necrophilia

So...was it legal in California before?

Is Kane cancelling all trips to California?

Then again, dead girls don't say no (just kidding)

The state's first attempt to outlaw necrophilia, in response to a case of a man charged with having sex with the corpse of a 4-year-old girl in Southern California, stalled last year in a legislative committee.

Hey wait a minute, where was that infamous RAW again?

Oh No Mercy '02 was in Arkansas, nevermind...............

Next time Raw goes to Califorinia, I would totally mark out if they had an angle where Kane is arrested for his crimes of the past. Sure, that infamous episode of Raw took place in Arkansas, but it would still be awesome

To not ban necrophelia?

So Jobber is pro-necro?...

No, I say if they care that much, they should let the people vote on it.

This is GUBERNATORIAL ACTIVISM~! that circumvents the will of the people.

I would be curious to see how many people vote to keep necro legal...

You know, it's a bit hypocritical of Arnold to ban necrophillia. I mean, have you ever seen his wife?

I don't know what's a bigger waste of paper. The bill banning necrophilia or Gray Davis' bill banning sales of soda-pop on public school property.

The soda pop thing is actually an important and complex issue. There are a lot of parents who don't allow their kids to drink soda (for many reasons, stupid or not). So, when a tax payer funded entity like a school provides something that a lot of parents dissaprove of; there's the whole issue of a school (which parents pay for) undermining the parent's authority and what-not. There are a lot of issues similiar to this and they always bring back talk of, ugh, vouchers.

My general feeling is that if your parent's tell you not to do something, like drinking soda, then you shouldn't do it. But, why should the minority have to punish the soda drinking majority?

But then again, schools should make somewhat of an effort to provide healthy food. Kids are too fat and ugly these days anyway. I went to a Junior high that only served soda pop on Fridays and I got through it ok. I just drank lots of chocolate milk, water and Snapple when it was all the rage. I've found that I rarely ever crave soda, I just drink it because most of the time its the only thing I have in the house. Its been really easy to kick the habit, so long as I have better alternatives when thirsty. I would guess most young kids would adapt quickly if pop was replaced with something else.

To make a really long story only long; I could go either way on this issue.

A law against necrophilia stalled in a legislative committee?? Who in God's name is on this committee????

That's how I feel, but I also think they should provide healthy food at basement prices. When I was in public school, the most popular item on the cafeteria menu was (ugh) a big paper container full of fries, because it was cheap and simple.
