Australian Pride 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2004 (edited) No titles changed hands at Canadian Stampede in 1997, but it was only a 4 match card. King of the Ring from that same year had no title changes either, unless you include a new king being crowned. I think Survivor Series 02 featured about 5 title matches and the title changed hands in all of them. Edited September 13, 2004 by Australian Pride
Guest Staravenger Report post Posted September 13, 2004 Here's an odd one: KOTR 95 had ZERO TITLE MATCHES period.
MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2004 IYH: International Incident also had ZERO title matches. Just a 6-Man tag team ME and nothing else w/ a stipulation of any kind.
Guest Staravenger Report post Posted September 13, 2004 Summerslam 1993 didn't have any title changes I don't think. Steiners retained vs. Bodies, HBK retained vs. Perfect, and Yoko retained vs. Luger.

Guest Fook Report post Posted September 13, 2004 Summerslam 1999 had the European, Hardcore, IC, Tag, and World titles all change hands.
Guest Staravenger Report post Posted September 13, 2004 Only the Womens title didn't, and really, who cared about it then? You had pretty much two women wrestlers. Tori & Ivory. Then Moolah (blech) No title changes at Royal Rumble 1989, 1990, 1993 or 1994.
MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2004 No title changes at The Wrestling Classic either.
BUTT 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2004 Didn't Unforgiven '98 have the NWA tag titles changing hands? I don't know if that counts or not.
Guest Staravenger Report post Posted September 13, 2004 It depends...if the Question is "WWE" Titles, then no. Otherwise, yes. Just to make sure, was that the Midnights/RnR Match that shits all over the REAL feud from the late 80's? Rock Bottom featured no title changes either I don't think, but it's hard to remember the full card (it sucked). Edit: Whoops, someone mentioned that already
BUTT 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2004 Also, IYH 1, 2, 5, Good Friends, Better Enemies, Beware of Dog (the tag titles changed hands on the Free-for-All, though), Buried Alive, and It's Time.
Guest Staravenger Report post Posted September 13, 2004 I don't think a title changed hands at KOTR 99 either. UT (Champ) def. Rock, and that was the only title match on the card.
Guest ISJ981 Report post Posted September 13, 2004 Shawn Michaels beat Jeff Jarrett to win the Intercontinental title at IYH 2, so that can be taken off the list.
Guest Staravenger Report post Posted September 14, 2004 Were the title changes at IYH 3 (the Tag vs. IC/World Match) credited, or were they ignored? I remember that the titles were returned to Yoko/Owen, but no clue if the reign is credited to HBK & Diesel.
algrim 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2004 Take Judgement Day '04 from the list also. Chavo regained the CW title from Jacqueline in a thankfully short match.
BUTT 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2004 Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot about the IC title change at IYH 2. What about WCW? This is the General Wrestling folder, so I think it's fair to mention them. Here's what I remember: Starrcade '91 Halloween Havoc '92 Starrcade '92 Slamboree '93 Battlebowl '93 SuperBrawl IV SuperBrawl V Uncensored '95 Bash at the Beach '95 Uncensored '96 Slamboree '96 Great American Bash '96 Fall Brawl '96 World War 3 '96 I wasn't watching much in '97, so I can't really remember those Uncensored '98 Fall Brawl '98 Souled Out '99 Road Wild '99 Great American Bash 2000 SuperBrawl Revenge Feel free to add more, if you think of any. Fökai 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2004 All three titles defended in a match at Summerslam 1991 changed hands (Dibiase > Virgil, Nasties > Road Warriors, Perfect > Hart).
