Identify Movies for my column...again

Ok, more vaguely described, probably remembered wrong movies. See what you can help with, it's always appreciated.

 

"The first one involves this boy who gets involved with a pirate and his mute black pirate buddy. The only scene I can vividly recall is when the three of them find the treasure, and the boy is scooping up pearl necklaces and jewels in his hands, when the pirate guy tells him to get out of there, they don't need him anymore. The boy stands on the top of the treasure pile, lets the jewels fall out of his hands, and then walks away. He comes back the next day to see them, and they're both dead."

 

"You have got to help me think of this damn movie. It' s a horror flick, most of what i remember is a group of like five people working in an office building, planning some kind of party. The killer in the movie is like some sort of crazy , wacked out cop. The only scene i remember is the killer chasing some chick down the street and a group of biker dudes that were chillin at a bar coem out a start beatin him down with bats."

Damn...I think I know the second one, but it's not coming to me.

 

It could be one of the Maniac Cop films, but I don't think it is.

Satanico beat me to it concerning Psycho Cop Returns. It's funny that that got a mention, since Sass and I were talking about that movie no more than two weeks ago in one of the Hardcore Discussion threads.

 

And for all the times I saw it on late night cable, I've never, ever seen the first Psycho Cop.
