Fökai 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2004 --The Wrestlemania password for this year is ........The pre sale begins at Noon Eastern time on Friday. Get you order in fast because there are only probably 16,000 seats available and demand, even today, will greatly exceed supply. EDIT: I'll leave it to you TSM'ers to find out the password yourselves. It's easy to find out, but I'm thinking I'll have a better chance getting ahead of 500 lazy TSM'ers, than the 75 who actually track down the password themselves. --It was uncharacteristically quiet coming out of TV last night. Kurt Angle and Eddie Guerrero worked at the house show in Memphis and there were no problems. Tonight's taping is very important because one would think they'll shoot a major angle. --Today's Houston Chronicle stated WWE wanted a 3/26 date at the Toyota Center, but it was booked so they are going to hold a Smackdown taping at Reliant Stadium (which holds 70,000). It also mentioned the next Houston date is 12/30 at the Toyota Center. (thanks to Derrick Hanna) --JBL was a guest on Al Franken's show yesterday, talking about the USO. He mentioned both Wrestlemania and the upcoming PPV. Franken noted he and JBL were on a tour together. Franken, who was a high school wrestler, claimed he took JBL down while they were on tour, but said JBL was one of the smartest wrestlers he'd met, but also said he's not as stupid as he comes off, joking that puts the bar pretty low. Franken asked if the Undertaker wrestled in high school or college, but JBL changed the subject to Kurt Angle, noting Angle had also gone on a USO tour with Robin Williams. Even though he and Franken have totally opposite political views, JBL said he liked Franken, and liked his book "Lying Liars" about Fox News and Bill O'Reilly. He asked JBL if he was going to beat Undertaker, and JBL just said, it's like a Houdini magic trick. He also said they were going to do another Smackdown show in Iraq in December. JBL admitted Angle was a lot better than he was, and laughed about it, and said the love of the troops isn't something that is partisan. Even though Franken joked about wrestling, JBL came off funny and well-spoken. (thanks to Jeff Cohen, Trevor Hunnicutt and Dean Burbage) --Fans will get to pick both the opponent for HHH for the world title as well as the opponent for Chris Jericho for the IC title for the 10/19 Taboo Tuesday PPV. --Raw on 11/29 will come from the First Mariner Arena in Baltimore --For the week ending 9/12, Smackdown's 2.6 was No. 11 among network sports. Fox's NFL Sunday national game averaged a 13.5 for first place. NFL had the first four spots, followed by ABC college football, Michigan at Notre Dame, and mostly college football ahead of wrestling. Wrestling beat out all the U.S. Open coverage, Beach Volleyball at 1.0 and WNBA at 0.5 --"Longest Yard" is looking for extras for a scene that would include both Steve Austin and Bill Goldberg. For info you can check www.beinamovie.com --The Observer Live show with Jim Cornette & Bobby Heenan will be replayed on 10/3 --Poll question on Brock Lesnar if he wants to come back Vince should take him back and push him hard 63.5% Vince should take him back, but make him put people over first and then push him later 26.3% Not take him back at all 10.2% --Here are the Easter Eggs for the Eddie Guerrero DVD: Disc 1: Click Extras, click left twice on "AWA Superclash", shows Hector Guerrero & Gene Okerlund talking about the Gobbledy Gooker. Disc 1: Click left twice on "ECW". This has a music video on the Guerrero-Malenko feud. Disc 2: Click Extras, click left twice on "Survivor Series". This shows a video promoting the three-way with Benoit & Angle vs. Los Guerreros vs. Edge & Mysterio. Disc 2: Click left twice on "No Way Out". This has a recap of Lesnar-Guerrero feud. Extras section: click left twice on "Fighting for Honor" shows an interview with Guerrero talking about his first match. Click left twice on "Injury", this has Guerrero taking about his tattoo on his left arm. --HEAT tapings last night produced this card: Rodney Mack v. Stevie Richards Gail v. Nidia Val Venis v. Chuck Palumbo ---------------------------------------------------------------- ....and to make up for it...Meltzer's update from yesterday... --Tyson Tomko has a knee injury. No word on if he'll work tonight --Even though Ric Flair is injured, he's been working every night this weekend and apparently totally tore the house down last night in Tyler --Rico was also back on the road with the Smackdown crew, teaming with Charlie Haas and they are programmed with the Dudleys --Carly Colon also debuted on the Smackdown house shows so he'll probably finally show up on TV on Thursday. Even though he's been all over TV, yesterday in Memphis, much of the crowd had no idea who he was. Jerry Lawler only appeared doing a heel promo. Big Show also worked with Eddie Guerrero over Kurt Angle & Luther to get ready for the Smackdown match. --A new trailer has come out for "Blade: Trinity" and HHH is in this one (thanks to Ryan Moehring)

I don't live anywhere near where Mania is going to be, and tickets are still too expensive. Knock yourself out. AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2004 WWE.COM Actually I'm sure EVERYONE will know NOW because WWE has it up on their main page. I got the email yesterday with the code which is pretty ironic if you ask me. I'm freakin' psychic. I guessed what it was before even checking out the site. And there's an add that appears on one of those sub-pages where it looks like Maven appears in one of those anti-weed things. "Who smokes pot?" Maven does?
