Recommended Posts

Guest Brian
I have 214. 218 with a half-hour left was active and up to face value, so I should be able to make a profit.

Goddamn. That pair of tickets went for $300. I didn't assuem demand would be that high this early. Will be interesting to see what I get after listing tonight.

wait a  minute, cant give up, maybe Ill go to a ticketmaster location tom morning

Don't you feel screwed that tickets are being sold for high prices and the presale code was put on the internet beforehard.

I hate Ebay and it's legalized scalping.

Well, I mean, we went to the Pond, filled out our infomation cards, and got our presale code. Well guess what, I'm not going to Wrestlmania after trying on Ticketmaster yesterday and today. Raw is at the Staples Center also but I've already been to RAW. Are YOU happy now?

I hate people. To give a brief background, I have been going with the same person to Wrestlemanias since Wrestlemania X8. The other guy since X9. This year, we had two new people. I was able to secure a group of three tickets, row 117 (Yah me) and one ticket by itself in 310. Now I told the one guy who has never gone that the seats of the three people who have been going for years are the three seated together, and if he wanted to take the single ticket he could. He goes on to whine about how it isn't fair and he wanted to sit with everyone and that one of us should sit by ourselves because we have been there before. If the bastard was that worried about it he should have bought his own ticket. Now I have to tell the other guy he can't come. I hate the WWE for not running a dome. Bastards.

Sorry for the rant

And I would also like to know why you quoted me in your second reply to this thread? You never replied to the quote. It has no relativity to what you said in your post. When you quote somebody, make sure you say something about it, or you just look like a complete moron.

The WWE could still fill a smaller dome (30,000-40,000 seats) pretty easily. WrestleMania is Wrestlemania, which means even casual fans from that city are likely going to want to go so it's unlikely that a place like that wouldn't fill up. Plus you have the usual group of fans who travel to that city. I remember when I went to X8 in Toronto, almost everyone I talked to was from out of town.

Hell, at Wrestlemania X8 outside of the building I got a U.S chant started! Now that was funny. Even better, the Friday before Wrestlemania me and my friend are at the movies seeing Resident Evil when we overhear the people behind us talking about going to a house show at the Baltimore Arena the following month. Two people who came for Wrestlemania who lived only 10 minutes from my house (I am about 9 hours away from Toronto.) I understood the MSG thing because tradition rocks, but why the hell the staples center? It seems like they just wanted to piss away money.

On the bright side, I sold the 50.00 ticket on Ebay for 129.00 and got to buy two crappy tickets for 200. I got my seats though, 117, so I really don't care where the other two people sit. Booyah
