Guest ShamRock Posted September 25, 2004 Report Posted September 25, 2004 To anyone who's read The Crucible could help me out on a question I've got. Does Abigail murder anyone in the play? If so, why?
Vyce Posted September 25, 2004 Report Posted September 25, 2004 Well, yes and no. She doesn't really kill them with her own bare hands, but her word - accusing others of being witches - results in sending a few to their deaths. Why? Because she was a fucking bitch. And because she was horny for John Proctor, and when he rebuked her advances, she decided to get back at him by accusing his wife of being a witch.
Steviekick Posted September 26, 2004 Report Posted September 26, 2004 What he said. I wonder what the schools are thining by subjecting the children to such sex and violence
