First he has to job to Gene, then Kane kicks his ass for no real reason. Do you think he is going to be part of some larger angle in this fued or is he just getting Stevie Richards treatment? Or because he's been around for over 5 years now, and despite big pushes (feuding with Mick Foley) has never really gotten over. Oh and he's terribly bland, but I doubt that WWE even realizes that. Then, as Chief Morley, he has to play second fiddle to the non-wrestling ERIC BISCHOFF. Remember when he lost the porn star gimmick and seemed to have a new direction? Yeah, he was outshadowed by TRISH STRATUS and then joined the dead-end faction of RIGHT TO CENSOR. His ENTIRE WWE career has been a joke, and if you think otherwise, you're probably a joke too. Sorry. He can wrestle, he can talk. He has a good moveset, and has shown that he can garner heat as both a heel and a face (even when shadowed and surrounded by HORRIBLE circumstances). He can sell fantastic and has good ring psychology. He has a good look too. What more could he possibly need? WWE dropped the ball. Morley could've been a huge name. Coffey........you 100% correct on this one. They dropped the ball big time on him. They knew they couldn't take the porn gimmick seriously forever and when they did change it, every change was a joke. They should have pushed him stronger(although injuries have hurt him), they could have just used him as a solid midcarder but they've booked him into jobber hell. Richards was a MAJOR heel at the time, and had they gone all out with it and had them go after major names (instead of APA or The Kat) it could have been great career growth for some, if not all of them. I always dug Val and agree with Coffey in that he's a complete package, yet horribly misplaced in the undercard. The porn thing worked in the Attitude era, they switched gears and put him with Trish (although they never really gave him a hook at that time, so he felt bland to many), then RTC, then back to Val, then Cheif Morley, then back to Val. Personally, I'd love it if they worked this in with the Hurricane's impending heelishness, and had both he and Val ditch their costumes/gimmicks, confide in each other about how sick and tired they are, and join forces. He's kind of pigeon-holed into it which ruins his chance at trying anything new. Um Bradshaw is the champ on Smackdown and has a title match this week against Bob Holly. The whole point was to make him a vicious heel and his cage match with Rikishi was pretty good too. I'd like to see the same thing over again, maybe without Trish and see how he goes. Detective Comics 0 Report post Posted October 14, 2004 That calcium deposit on his hip seemingly sidelined him when he was in line for a push. I personally like him and firmly believe that he is destined for greatness further down the line. I honestly can't picture them getting rid of someone like him over some of the other jobbers they have. I actually thought Val was going to be Introduced Into The Kane/Lita/Matt Triangle earlier In The Story. If you remember, Val was teaming with Lita a lot In mixed Tag Matches against Matt Hardy and Gail Kim right around the time this whole storyline started. Now I just think he was used as Squash Bait along with Stevie, Hurricane, and Rosey. It's too late anyways, as they already gone the miscarrage route.
