"My details are very very vague so I appologize. All I can remember about the movie is a woman gets trapped in her home, the food in her refridgerator starts talking to her and she befriends them. Eventually she gets hungry and eats them but it's devestating to her because she has become friends with them. I was very young when I saw this and I could swear that I saw it on public television if that helps any. Thanks."

That's Veggie Tales that was mentioned above and I would assume that's not it, because it's a recent show and it's claymation. I'll mention it, but if that's it that dude IS on pcp.
