I'm dieting now and dropping weight at about 2 lbs. per week, hopefully I can get down to about 5'8" 150 lbs., I'm 170 now. IllustriousOne 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2004 I'm dropping 2 pounds a week by just drinking juice/water with no soda or caffeine and eating regularly. I don't do anything but sit and work in front of a computer every day, except for the days when I teach, so I don't see how using Stacker 2 with ephedra is really all that fantastic, when you can just cut down on things and be fine. Creatine phosphate in pure powder form fits the bill. It's a simple cell volumizer - doesn't make you stronger or any more healthy, it just helps your muscles retain water better. The moment you cease using it is the moment you shrink too. EDIT: And yeah Nanks, I guess it would be considered small. It's a weight I'm comfortable at though.
