I can also make you 1st Gens from the commercial masters for 16 others on your list if no one can get you masters.

The original box is intact except for one side, that was cute by Blockbuster Video. It's in a hard box, with the front, back, and left side cover completely intact. I'd be willing to just copy it and send you the original master and box cover. (Sidenote, I remember working in a video store and seeing advertisements for BATB 2000 and GAB 2000 in a magazine that we ordered videos from. Something like $59.95 per copy, haha.)
