See, that picture was taken a few years ago, when Mikey and Bush attended the same movie together (likely one of Moore's previous films judging by the empty theatre). As an old friend, George W. saw nothing wrong with helping himself to a little popcorn. Note the look of astonishment on Mikey's face. He couldn't believe the betrayal that had just occured. This image captures the exact moment the grudge started. From then on, Mikey was determined to bring Bush down and began work on F9/11. A similar incident spurred Bowling for Columbine when Mikey was out dining with Charlton Heston at a family style Italian restaurante, and Mr. Heston took the last piece of veal parmigana.
