CZW Presents NIGHT OF INFAMY...

Recommended Posts

Viking Hall, 2:30 PM Belltime, Sunday, November 14th, 2004

It's the last stop on the road to CAGE OF DEATH 6, and potentially one of the best shows of the year with a ton of hard-hitting matchups and key storyline matches.

JUSTICE PAIN Vs. HOMICIDE

Pain cost Homicide a match against Chris Hero, and the two brawled, setting up a "dream" match between the two indepedent wrestlintg forces.

ALEX SHELLEY Vs. RODERICK STRONG

Strong viciously attacked Shelley, who was simply showing respect to both Strong & Jay Lethal following their match last month. Should be a good one.

SUPER DRAGON & EXCALIBUR Vs. CHRIS BOSH & QUICK SILVER

Fan favorite & hard-hitting Super Dragon teams with loud mouthed Excalibur to compat CZW newcomers Quick Silver & Chris Bosh, who come in with good word from fans who have seen them.

CZW JR. HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION SONJAY DUTT RETURNS TO ACTION...He wants his title belt...He wants to kill Jimmy Rave.

8 Man Tag - CHRI$ CA$H, JC BAILEY, NATE "SPYDER" WEBB & the returning JOKER (from military service) do battle with THE BLACKOUT- CZW World Tag Champs Ruckus & Sabian, Eddie Kingston, and a MYSTERY PARTNER,

#1 Contender's Match - OR FOR THE TITLE BELT ITSELF??? - KAOS takes on The Messiah's former friend, and jealous turncoat, ADAM FLASH w/ DEWEY DONOVAN.

AN UPDATE ON THE WORLD TITLE...CZW CHAMPION THE MESSIAH has been ridiculed, left all alone, had his hair cut, and now is a friendless man. Will he show up at NoI or will a new champion have to be crowned?

Many more matches to be announced.

Discuss.

If Zandig hadn't completely lost it, he's going to book a show up against Survivor Series?

What an idiot.

What an idiot.

Hence, the afternoon start time.

In CZW language, afternoon = evening, evening = late night, and early start = never.

Still looks like a good card though, it'd be worth watching just to see Joker's return. BTW, what's the deal with Joker? Is he back for good or is this just a one off?

NEWS: Bosh is out with an injury... but SCORPIO SKY will replace him.

Making the match The AXP Vs. Super Dragon/Excalibur. Should be incredible and will probably steal the whole show.

Sean Bishop & Derek Frazier defeated CKNY and Jon Dahmer/DJ Hyde in a three-way tag match when Derek Frazier pinned Cory Kastle.

Alex Shelley defeated Roderick Strong in a fantastic, stiff match-up when Alex Shelley got a quick roll-up to steal the victory from Roderick Strong. Strong got right back up and clotheslined Shelley out of the ring and laid down a tag team match challenge for Cage of Death 6 where Shelley will bring his partner and Roderick would bring his.

All Money Is Legal defeated Claudio Castagnoli & Blackjack Marciano.

Spyral vs. Heretic ended in a no-contest when Heretic's manager Ghost Shadow stopped the match and decided to inform Spyral that he's killing himself for fans that don't care about him. CZW Owner John Zandig came out with All Money Is Legal and let them know that they're idiots for holding up a CZW show like this and wasting the fans time and they're talent on this "bullshit". Zandig set up a match next month at Cage of Death where Spyral, Heretic & Ghost Shadow will take on All Money Is Legal of K-Murda, K-Pusha & Dizzie.

Mike Quackenbush defeated Skayde.

Super Dragon & Excalibur defeated Scorpio Sky & Quicksilver when Super Dragon pinned Quicksilver. Excalibur after the match laid down an open challenge and the CZW office was quick to book Super Dragon & Excalibur taking on Kevin Steen & El Generico in a So Cal vs. Canada Tag Match at Cage of Death!

Sonjay Dutt retained his CZW World Junior Heavyweight Title by pinning Jimmy Rave but M-Dogg 20 attacked him and stole the belt again. Sonjay Dutt laid down the challenge for Cage of Death 6: No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere (In Philadelphia) and Loser Leaves CZW Forever for the CZW World Junior Heavyweight Title.

Due to a family emergency, Homicide could not make it to the show. Nick Gage took the place of Homicide and took to brawl with Justice Pain and ended up on top gaining the victory. Afterwards Nate Hatred & Nick Gage beat down Justice Pain some more.

B-Boy defeated Chris Hero twice to gain a spot in the Xtreme Strong Style Tournament final against Dan Maff next month. B-Boy first defeated by delivering an awesome Shining Wizard stepped up from a chair and knocked Hero cold to the outside and as Claudio & Blackjack attempted to get him back in the ring he was counted out. Zandig appeared from the stage and said that was bullshit as the fans were chanting and ordered a re-start of the match, which B-Boy took with another shining wizard to take the victory. Chris Hero retained his CZW Iron Man Title by losing the original fall by countout.

Adam Flash and Kaos went to a no-contest. Flash went to hit Kaos with a chair but instead nailed the ref and took him out. Flash than pulled a scaffold that was used earlier in the day to fix the lighting for the show towards the ring. Flash got back in the ring and laid Kaos on a table, climbed the scaffold, and hit a HUGE Last Call! Messiah than walked in through the front door and attacked Adam Flash but Kaos helped Flash in stomping Messiah. Both men left ringside when Zandig came down and grabbed the bounty back from Flash and the CZW World Heavyweight Title and told Messiah that he's not sure he deserves the CZW World Heavyweight Title.

It was now time for the main event. The Blackout vs. Team Ca$h. Who was The Blackout's mystery partner? Well it ended up being two mystery partners. "Primo" Robby Mireno & Maven Bentley. There was too much going on for one person to keep track of but in the end Ruckus pinned JC Bailey to gain another victory for the Blackout. They just can't lose as of late. But the real story was after the pin Eddie Kingston was laid out on a table by the stage of the CZW Arena when Joker climbed to the top of the stage, and delivered a Double Stomp through Kingston and the table to the floor! Back to the ring everyone but Kingston was able to make it where John Zandig had something to say but first Joker told Zandig that he had picked the partner for Team Ca$h at Cage of Death 6 where he won't be able to take part at. Sexxxy Eddy makes his return to Combat Zone Wrestling at Cage of Death 6! Also, Zandig announced that Team Ca$h will take on The Blackout in the Cage of Death and the CZW World Tag Team Titles will be hanging from the top of the CZW Arena. Justice Pain than hit the ring pissed and demanded that the H8 Clubs settle their feud in the Cage of Death. Messiah than hit the ring and demanded to be in the Cage of Death against Kaos and Adam Flash. Zandig than grabs the mic and control of the situation and announces that The Blackout need to find a partner again this month to take on Team Ca$h. The H8 Club will face The H8 Club in the Cage of Death as well. Messiah and Adam Flash and Kaos will fight for the $10,000 bounty & the CZW World Heavyweight Title that is going to be put at the top of the CZW Arena. And the match will be a Ladder & Scaffold match.
