Here's hoping this Angle thing comes all the way back to Puder beating him for the medals.

WWE REVISIONIST HISTORY!! From the WWE Armageddon press release:

To give you some history on this amazing event, the first ARMAGEDDON pay-per-view was originally entitled “In Your House: Armageddon” and was held 12/15/96. At the time, it was one of the series of  “In Your House” pay-per-views that were held throughout the mid to late 1990s. The main event featured WWE Champion Sycho Sid defending the title against Bret “Hit Man” Hart.

That is WRONG, plain and simple. That PPV was IYH: It's Time but it featured an 'Armageddon Rules Match' between the Undertaker and Terry Gordy (as the Executioner). I'm sure they wish they could have used a different PPV name besides 'It's Time,' but this is downright Orwellian.

Not the first time its happened. I remember on one of the old official websites for No Way Out, I forgot which one, they said the one in 1999 was also called No Way Out instead of St. Valentine's Day Massacre.

What makes it even more pathetic is that there is no point to it all. They're rewriting their own history just for the sake of it. It's stupid.

The only way I see that happening is if his Wrestlemania opponent costs him the match, which goes by the normal code of WWE booking. New guy wins in a fluke, everyone laughs at Angle and neither man gains an inch because of it all.

I was also wondering about Cena's scars mysteriously disappearing and the fact that a man recovering from a "kidney puncture wound" is able to wrestle at two events as opposed to being laid up with treatment...sure you can live with only one kidney, but I don't think less than two months after getting stabbed are you able to return to active duty...Puder is over, so that means the Miz is going to win, greaaaaaaaat....

A knife wound that serious will leave a scar, or at least show visibly for several months. John Cena was magically healed in a month, and was able to dance around like an idiot. Cena must be studying HBK's book to no selling a serious spinal injury.

It's obvious they went the "sympathy route a la HBK" with him, but they shoulda been smarter and just had him get "injured" and have him sell his "injury" all through the S. Series and last night...pathetic WWE...I think selling a severe injury is as good as "coming back from a knifing" sympathy-wise, shows he's a tough guy...

I'm shocked and amazed they didn't give him magic tape around his ribs despite his spine being fucked up.

Alot of Basham on that show. And they even manage to run a boring Capture the Flag.

I think it's time to vote off Smith. He's not been particularly good at anything they asked him to do, and pretty attrocious at the actual athletic events (squat thrusts, CTF) and his charisma and likability just doesn't cover that.

That Angle thing can't end well.

I don't have much to say about this show other then I was very impressed that Rodimer managed to pull up one of the Basham's who had him in a triangle hold while still moving around the other on his back.

Puder's promo's skills are godawful.

JBL saying "Holla holla" tops the funny list this year.
