kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2004 I won again. KKK, how many straight victories is that for me? Four. Jeez I need this win badly. NFC West must be the tightest division in this league. My vote goes to the NFC North. Some teams in that division are going to get screwed out of the playoffs in the next few weeks, imo. Insta-results have been updated to reflect the Sunday Night Game result. Two more contests will require Monday Night's Game. In addition, everybody say hello to Flyboy, who will be taking over for MikeSC, who has decided to leave the TSM community, or something like that. Finally, because of the grumbling regarding the differences between my line and the Vegas spread, I'll be posting prediction threads a day or so later than I normally have. I will also make the deadline Saturday night at 11:59 p.m., or whenever I get around to finalizing picks Sunday morning...

Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2004 Interestingly enough, the Bucs can actually make a charge for the playoffs since they are only a game back of the Saints. Well Cards, it seems that you and me are still battling for homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. Hopefully one of us will get it and go on to win. I would absolutely love to face you in the Semis if it permits. Either you or Pack. Or if I get to face you both would be nice. Then if I can go on and face Charge once more in the Finals would be even better. Oh and can anybody believe I've won 7 straight times? I know I can't. Although, I'm loving every minute of it. Fökai 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2004 Well Cards, it seems that you and me are still battling for homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. Hopefully one of us will get it and go on to win. I don't think homefield advantage matters or is even decided. Either you get the bye, or you don't. Anyway, if the Rams cover tonight, I'm pretty sure I have sole possession of the NFC North lead. Looking ahead, I may have the strongest remaining schedule in the kkkNFL: 13: v. Arizona (9-2) 14: v. Green Bay (7-3) 15: v. Minnesota (6-5) 16: v. Chicago (6-5) 17: v. Tennessee (5-6) Combined record: 33-21 (.611 winning percentage) If I can sneak out with a 10-6 record, I'll be proud of my season.

kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2004 I think I still need a lot of help to get in... Yeah, you do, but there is still more than a quarter of the season left to go. Here are how the playoff seeds look now. Keep in mind that I have not factored in regular-season TBs for teams with the same record. I'm not going to try and figure that shit out with five more games to go... Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted November 29, 2004 Holy crap, kkk is right. Aside from the division leaders, all the wild card spots are the NFC North boys battling for a spot. Someone's gonna get screwed.
Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2004 Interestingly enough, the Bucs can actually make a charge for the playoffs since they are only a game back of the Saints. I think I still need a lot of help to get in... ...ok. Please excuse if sounds bad. Kinda drugged up on freezing stuff dentist (teeth wouldn't freeze). Thinking mot strong point now. Bucs have help coming in form of Falcons game with Saints. But Falcons game with Bucs, think. And if I remember from last year correct there four wildcard spots. Hence NFC North might get in. But drugged, so might be wrong.

Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2004 I want X to win tonight. It would give me a 2 game lead over Cerebus, with a game remaining and a Packers win would give me a nice +20 PF-PA differential.

Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2004 They did the job for me in Week 1. My EP was something like odd weeks-pick home dogs, even pick away dogs. Oh, KKK. Do I have an EP number? Baring a collapse Vitamin X beat Cerebus.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted November 30, 2004 Thank you Green Bay for making me look good. That game could have been favored by a hell of a lot more than 6.5. Priiiiiimetiiiiiime.
Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2004 Arizona is 4-0 against the AFC, not 3-0. 5-2 against the NFC. I'm happy so far. 9-2, 89 PF 69 PA. Still plenty of games left though.
kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2004 Oh, KKK. Do I have an EP number? I'll check when I get home. I'm pretty sure you do, though. EDIT: Oh, you may not. According to your scoresheet, I had you down as X for your Week 1 TB score. PM me with a score. Complete results are up. Just some food for thought: Two games that came down to TB scores this week each had one team not give a TB score and thus had them lose. Oh, and congrats to Starvenger, who with his 13 correct picks is the winner of the Second Annual kkk Turkey... () /\ ___O>
Guest Cerebus Report post Posted November 30, 2004 Well bollocks. I REALLY didn't need that loss On the upside, despite the loss Bulger still managed to rack me up 27 points in my fantasy football team, giving me a point more than I needed to beat my opponent this week. Go me.
kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2004 The race will be on if Vitamin ends up 7-4. Seeing how V-X still has to play you (week 16), Bravesfan (14) and AoO (17) each one more time that division is still up for grabs. You all better chip away at him though. Oh, here is the playoff picture so far. I'm only including those that are just one game out of the last playoff spot in each conference. I hope you all now know why I'm holding out on figuring end-of-season tie-breakers... Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted November 30, 2004 Wow, the best records in our AFC would barely be good enough to get a wildcard spot in the NFC. Insanity.
