Christ almighty, you can't even manage punctuation, how are you going to drive a car? Either way, it's called joyriding, and it's a crime in most if not all places. I don't know about that fine business SP was talking about, I'm pretty sure you'll go to court over this one, and you'll probably get lucky to get off with probation, fine, and some community service. I would just show up, and when they called me, I would show them my license and registration. They dismiss the charges, but a point will go on your license. And even if you do, if it's once a few years down the line, it's probably nothing in comparison to what'd you'd have to pay in insurance. After that, the pigs will force you to get a license.
