That show quite possibly might have been one of the worst ever made. Ever. Anyway, back on topic: This DVD set has been a long time coming. I'm hoping it does well enough for them to release Season 2 as well, because when the series hit the "City of Stone" arc it began to kick 18 different kinds of ass. Skywarp! 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2004 Gargoyles was a great show (Not the Goliath Chronicles, mind you). You can still catch it late nights on Toon Disney. I was in high school and I was obsessed with this cartoon. That's how good it was. Although, I thought some of the Avalon World Tour episodes were pretty dull. That's the problem with this series, it's hard to just watch a single random episode here and there.
