Guest Deebo Report post Posted December 3, 2004 This is the first time I've ever burned a CD in my life, I don't even have a CD Burner. Basically what happened is I downloaded the new Windows Media Player, and was playing some of my music(downloaded) in there. I saw the option to burn some music on a CD so I figured I'd try it out. I put a blank CD in and it let me pick the songs to burn, which I did, and after a little bit I was done. so I play it in Windows Media Player, and it works fine. Works fine in Realplayer too, I tried to play it in my Portable CD Player though, and it didn't work. The sound was really low, grainy, and it kept skipping every 10 seconds. I'm playing the CD right now in my computer fine, does anyone know what the problem is?
JJMc 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2004 It is probably playing the same playlist that was in WMP, not the CD. That's the only thing I can think of. Where's that Scott Keith's Biggest Fan thread?
UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2004 Perhaps your CD Player doesn't support burned CDs.
Guest Shutterspeed Report post Posted December 4, 2004 Most don't, especially when you're putting mp3s onto CD-R as opposed to burning one professionally-produced audio CD onto a blank disc. Try different types of CDs, other CD players and programs.
