Its time for a VELOCITY (12-04-04) THREAD

Recommended Posts

That Clash of the Champions, I mean 35 dollar Armageddon pay per view sure has some crap on it. I don't like three-four way title matches much, a 3 on 1 handicap match???? Ugh. Tough Enough junk, a repeat tag title match, no real cruiser action, no London, no Kidman, but LOTS OF JESUS.

I sure hope Jesus wrestles tonight. I'd like to see if the guy can work.

I know Jesus is capable of making "superman" comebacks....BA-DUNK-DUN!!! HEYOOO!!!

To this, I answer this.

It's a WWE December PPV. You were really expecting a lot from it?

This isn't WCW with Starrcade, remember.

Chavo v. Kidman and London v. Akio should be two good matches tonight...seems like they always get plenty of time (in WWE land that is) to have matches on Velocity.

Opening match I didn't pay much attention to, but I hope Reigns continued his Holly imitation by stiffing people.

24/7 Commercial...excuse me while I blow my load in my pants.

On Tough Enough.

I think Mizanin will win.

Puder can be brought back at any time as "Hey, that's Puder! What's he doing here?"

Obviously all 3 of these guys will likely be signed.

It's like the Diva Search, everyone wins but the contest winner gets the extra cash.

When was the last time a December WWF/E PPV had good build up? Even the "Undisputed Title Mini-Tournament" in 2001 was thrown together and just "happend" without much build up.

God I hope not on Miz.

I'd rather Puder win...and then just be the new, possibly (not definately, possibly) more talented Ken Shamrock of this new age.

If Mizanin (sp?) wins Tough Enough, I'm going to hang myself with a bundle of WWE Thongs being sold on WWEShopZone.com

And WHY does WWE keep using Creed as their "official themes"? Can't they find any other drug using morons to supply them music?

:::looks at SUMMERSLAM, ROYAL RUMBLE, etc. price of 34.95:::

:::looks at ARMAGEDDON price of 34.95:::

I expect good build-up and a potential great show.

You may have to go back to 2000 for those types of expectations.

The Rocker Paul London vs. Akio time. Maybe Marty Jannetty will return as his mentor?

I'm at work, but I'm taping it tonight (hopefully). Only 3 matches tonight though, so they should get good time unless they recap the entire Tough Enough thing (which I could actually see them doing...)

Rough Enough was already recapped...thank God. Now lets hope these two Cruiserweight Matches are good (and judging by the people in them, they should).

Jesus Akio has such star potential. Both these guys do.

Give Akio the Cruiser title, have him feud with London for a few months.

I would like to see that too.

...it's sad...if this was WCW's cruiserweight division, there's a good chance both of these guys could have been Cruiserweight Champion by now.
