buffybeast Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 Please forgive me. I've been away rehabilitating my injury I sustatined at Army BCT and have been completely removed from wrestling. I checked the WWE sites and don't see Atrain listed on any of the rosters. Can someone tell me what happened to him? Is he still employed with WWE?
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 He was cut from the roster awhile ago. He's not currently being booked on any indies.
Golgo 13 Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 The last I read, it was expected that he was going to work in Japan.
buffybeast Posted December 24, 2004 Author Report Posted December 24, 2004 Wow, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised by this but my feelings are awfully hurt. I think I was his only true fan. *buffy weeps inside*

Guest wrestling365 Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 He's in talks with various Japanease promotions... NJPW and All Japan have shown the most interest.
Enigma Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 He was part of the mass firing in November and we all rejoiced.
Enigma Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 He's in talks with various Japanease promotions... NJPW and All Japan have shown the most interest. All Japan will take any trash from American wrestling. Kronic won their tag titles on their debut night. Bull Buchanan is one of their main eventers. (F)A-Train will fit in nicely.
Guest LooneyTune Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 The F-Train comment would be funny, except the "A" actually stands for something so it makes the joke kinda lame. What would the "F" stand for?
Nevermortal Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 A-Train was the best hoss. He'll do great in Japan.
justsoyouknow Posted December 24, 2004 Report Posted December 24, 2004 I think it was supposed to be "FAT"train. I think that's what he was shooting for on that one. I always enjoyed A-Train. I remember marking out when he busted out a Torture Rack Neckbreaker on Edge a while back.
buffybeast Posted December 25, 2004 Author Report Posted December 25, 2004 He was part of the mass firing in November and we all rejoiced. Too bad I wasn't here to stick up for my man. He was a great hoss. Who else was fired last month?
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Rico was the most relevant one, Test, Gail Kim, Jazz and Mack were among those cut last november.
Matt Young Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 (edited) Nidia Jazz Gail Kim Rico Chuck Palumbo Shit... I'm drawing a blank here. There were a few more. Someone will fill in the rest, I'm sure. Otherwise, there were several threads about this taht I'm sure you can find rather easily. Oh yeah... welcome back! EDIT: Yeah, Rodney Mack and Test were fired, too, like he said. So we've got 8 total... Is that a complete list? Edited December 25, 2004 by Matt Young
buffybeast Posted December 25, 2004 Author Report Posted December 25, 2004 Wow, I'm kinda shocked they got rid of Gail Kim but brought all these others hos in who can't do shit. Of course the females they have now are all better looking than Gail. That's WWE logic for ya! I'm glad they go rid of Nidia. She was ugly as hell. I can't believe they fired Test. Wasn't he injured? WWE did a mass firing last month. They really cleared out a lot of space on the roster. Matt, I'm only going to be back for two weeks before I return to Missouri. But it is good to be back even for a short time.
LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Everyone has also forgotten Billy Gunn. Johnny Stamboli was another.
Guest LooneyTune Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Linda Miles was also fired, although no one really cared to report it.
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Miles wasn't actually fired. She had a really bad match in OVW a while ago, so bad that Jim Cornette, who does commentary, actually got up from the commentary table and told the ref to stop the match. Miles then stopped coming to practice, and eventually called John Laurinaitis to say she was quitting.
buffybeast Posted December 25, 2004 Author Report Posted December 25, 2004 Everyone has also forgotten Billy Gunn. Johnny Stamboli was another. Billy Gunn???? I can't believe they got rid of ass man??? Linda Miles threw away a great opportunity. But she never loved the business, either.
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Billy Gunn???? I can't believe they got rid of ass man??? Gunn had a drug issue, and was sent to rehab. In addition to that, he was always bitching and moaning about his push, and was endlessly complaining that he deserved a bigger push because he'd been around for so long.

She had a match with Jillian Hall that was so bad that it they actually didn't want to air it, but because it saw Miles take out Hall so Hall could have time off for her plastic surgery, they had no choice but to air it, so they could explain Hall's absence, though I think even then they only showed clips.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Jillian Hall any relation to Scott?
Guest LooneyTune Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Either way, I think everyone and Jim Cornette is glad she's gone. I'd rather watch the best of Triple H in January-June 2003 than whatever she did on T.V.

Brocklock Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Don't Forget LAMONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guest LooneyTune Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Somebody cal my Mama, Lamont was fired too!?
ChrisMWaters Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Somebody cal my Mama, Lamont was fired too!? Yes, but rumors are that his wig is going to get a World Title push in the very near future, and will be a mystery entrant in this year's Royal Rumble.

Yes, but rumors are that his wig is going to get a World Title push in the very near future, and will be a mystery entrant in this year's Royal Rumble. I think X-Pac wants the wig to guest star as his pubes in One Night In Chyna II. I'll remember Lamont for his entrance with Ernest Miller in this years Rumble. Not one person made a sound when Miller came out. I think that pretty much killed Miller's WWE career dead.
