Jingus 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2005 Your link doesn't work, but I found the right one. I've seen a zillion of these "haunted" items on ebay, and none of them have ever sounded particularly convincing. I mean, what the hell is this thing supposed to be anyway? It looks like a pocket pussy that someone overused and then flushed down the toilet, or like the world's most amateurishly-made candle.
Skywarp! 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2005 It looks like some ceramic statue that fell over and broke and he's trying to sell the bottom half.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2005 It's a statue of a woman in a black long skirt carrying fruit on her shoulder that has been broke in half. My mom has one, really stupid looking at that.
TheBigSwigg 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2005 Gotta love the people that fear something so evil..... and then make a profit off of it. It'd be like Ash selling the Book of the Dead.
Guest Failed Mascot Report post Posted January 10, 2005 It is, like every other ceramic craft, an ashtray.
Guest SP-1 Report post Posted January 11, 2005 (edited) Gotta love the people that fear something so evil..... and then make a profit off of it. It'd be like Ash selling the Book of the Dead. Yeah, but Ash is stupid enough to do just that. And then possibly go back and rescue the unsuspecting family he sold it to. But that's a big maybe. I loved in Campbell's autobiography how he explained that Evil Dead 2 isn't a remake, but a sequel. "Ash really is stupid enough to go back to the same cabin in the woods." Beautiful.
