Back in the 80s somebody hacked into channel 11's signal and, um...it's really really weird.

When it comes to video hackery, nothing tops the guy who hacked HBO's signal in the early 80s. Captain Midnight was his name I think.

Well Captain Midnight had access to powerful equipmen by working for another pay-per-view service and he was caught. The Max Headroom guys never got caught and nobody, to this day, knows how they got the powerful equipment they needed to hack the signal.
