Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted March 1, 2005 Think up every Ladder match you may have seen since 94 or even before considering Ladder matches were done in Stampede and other places.. which matches are up there for you as your favorite? and remember don't have to be just WWF. 1) Michaels vs Razor WM10 2) E&C Hardys Series in 99 3) E&C Hardys Dudleys Ladder match at Wm16 (precursor to Tables Ladders & Chairs) 4) Rock vs HHH I think Summerslam 98 5) Bret Hart vs HBK I don't remember which event but itson the Coliseum video most unsual matches ever tape. pochorenella 0 Report post Posted March 1, 2005 1) WMX, HBK vs Razor. No brainer for top dog. The Standard. 2) No Mercy 99, Hardys vs E&C. Still love it to this day. 3) WM2000, Hardys vs E&C vs Dudleys. In practice it was TLC but never announced as such so it qualifies (I was there live, so maybe I'm biased.) 4) Rumble 2001, Benoit vs Jericho. The rematch from SS 95 was pretty good too but this is the one that people will always remember - No Mercy 99, just crazy stuff seen for the first time in the WWF at the time. - WM 2000 was the same but with the Dudleys thrown in, first real TLC match. Great ending. - Royal Rumble 2001, i like this one cuz it reminds me of the HBK-Razor ones where it wasn't just spot after spot, it was a noce change from the TLC matches. - RAW, Eddie vs. RVD, this one is just damn good except for the botched finish. Jingus 0 Report post Posted March 1, 2005 5. TNA Jerry Lynn vs AJ Styles vs Lowki- seems to be forgotten but I thought it was great! I remember it. (Well, I should, considering I saw it live.) It was a good match, but it was hurt by the fact that all three guys had already wrestled that night: Low-Ki had been in some four-way X division match, and Styles and Lynn had just done their two-out-of-three matches deal barely an hour beforehand. If they hadn't been so exhausted I think they could've come up with something much better. One excellent ladder match that hardly anyone has seen was from NWA Wildside Fright Night 2001: a four-way ladder dealie involving AJ Styles, Jason Cross, Jimmy Rave, and JC Dazz. I was a Hardy mark, and that is the match I've gotten most emotionally into while watching wrestling. I was pissed as fuck when he had the title within his grasp and had to sit there for 2 minutes, waiting for slow ass Taker to come knock him down, because I knew he wasn't winning after that. You know when Taker goes for the Last Ride but Jeff hits him with the chair on the way up, man that made mark out so much, then he hit Taker really hard with the chair again, and for that second i actually thought that Hardy could actually win the title.
