It was the first women's Steel Cage Match in RAW history and it looked like Lita had things well in hand. Matt Hardy made a surprise appearance, but how would he factor into the outcome?

July 16th, 2000

WCW Clash of the Champions

January 23rd, 1996

When it was all said and done, one of the teams came out on top, but the war was far from over. Here, NFL superstar Kevin Greene made the first of many appearances for WCW, standing in the corner of Hogan & Savage.

He put the belt on the line in a Triple Tier Steel Cage Match at Slamboree against Jeff Jarrett and Diamond Dallas Page. After battling through the three levels, Page looked primed to grab the title, but David Arquette turned on him. Jarrett was able to capitalize and win the Championship. The action didn't stop there, though, as Mike Awesome and Kanyon brawled after the match. The end result has to be seen to be believed!

Goldberg vs. Hollywood Hogan

WCW World Heavyweight Championship

WCW Monday Nitro

He had already won the United States Championship and was boasting one of the most impressive undefeated streaks ever. Not bad at all, but nowhere near WM XVII.

Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, & The Mystery Third Man vs. Sting, Macho Man Randy Savage, & Lex Luger

WCW Bash at the Beach 1996

July 7th, 1996

Historical, if nondescript, match.

Jeff Jarrett vs. Diamond Dallas Page vs. David Arquette

May 7th, 2000

Usual bad Hogan match, but the place was electric.

Overall, very historical selection. 3 awesome matches, a couple of pretty good ones, and a lot of bad ones.

Shit how much is it for one month of Jukebox, that's a really impressive collection. I especially want the ring exploding match because it was the first time I watched Smackdown! high and I went bonkers. Lots of WCW and some ECW stuff, plus RAW matches I haven't seen since they aired. And Bret/Austin! Yea, I'm definitly all over this.

$3.95/month I signed up for a month. It's totally worth it because not only do you have access to the March matches, you have access to ALL the jukebox matches there have been so far. Definitly worth the $4 I'd say.

That's exactly what I thought when they started doing this.

You'd think they would have at least mentioned that it was voted the "Great Raw match ever" on Raw X. I guess they want to forget the abomination that was Raw X as much as everyone does.

What were the other three matches nominated for that award?

Jeff Hardy vs. The Undertaker WWE Title Ladder Match - July 2002

Steve Austin vs. Kane WWE Title - June 1998

What was the other one?

TLC from 2002.

Triple H vs Cactus Jack, Falls Count Anywhere from 1997

Jeff Hardy vs The Undertaker, Ladder match from 2002

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Kane from 1998

Were the nominees. These were by far and away nowhere near the best Raw matches of the decade.

That's horrible.

Austin vs. Angle WWF Title match from late-2000 was much better than any of that crap, even with the stupid run-in from a healthy HHH 8 days after being dropped 25 feet in the air upside down in a car.

Bret/Piper is so awesome. Bret fakes an injury, Piper comes over to check on him, Bret slips in an inside cradle, Piper kicks out and realizes he's been duped, and slaps the fucking shit out of Bret's face.

Awesome.

The annoying thing about this month (and I knew it would happen when March rolled around) is the best matches are things I already have on VHS and DVD (WrestleMania). The Ready to RUmble match is an interesting one, though... I only saw it through a poor video quality download that I beleive had German announcers dubbed over but it was an entertaining match. Although it's a bit of a stretch, it could also be viewed as WWE promoting the upcoming TNA PPV's main event!

Ha! Thats what they should've done showed like Nash/Jarret from WCW 2000 sometime and said "See how bad this match was 5 years ago in 2000 and just imagine it today" and do the same thing for this month.

Macho Man vs. Flair. That's actually one of my all time favorite feuds in wrestling. I can't think of one bad match between the two
