I'm going to start picking up UFC DVDs at 44, but I'd like to get the few before that on video. First gen on the best speed possible prefered.

Not that I can help you trading, but UFC 43 is widely avaliable in retail stores on DVD...

I know. I just plan on starting on getting the tapes where I left off (38), and picking back up on DVD where deepdiscountdvd.com starts having them (44)

Recent UFC DVDs go for around $10-$20 depending on which store you go to. Walmart is your friend.

My Walmart only had 50, which was actually $12.99 at Target (also had the RVD DVD cheap)

MMA DVDs tend to come and go depending on if it sells well. King of the Cage Underground set go for $12, UFC Hits was $10, UFC 48-51 went for $13-$17 range. But once they sellout thats it since they only restock WWE or Wrestling Gold shows.
