Where's Jerry Lynn?

I thought he was wrestling for TNA but haven't seen him for a while. Anyone has any idea what he's doing now?

I can't wait for him to come back and teach the majority of these talentless fucks in the X-Division how to properly work a spotfest to build drama with the highspots.

The main event should be Jerry Lynn, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, AWM guy #1, Jeff Jarrett............not kliqX.

"AMW Guy #1"... please tell me you're not talking about Chris Harris.

Chris Harris and James Storm are like the La Resistance combo of Sylvain Grenier and Rene Dupree. You like one better because he sucks less than his partner. In AMW's case, Storm is less shit than Harris. at least he knows how to sell a move longer than 7.3 seconds.

No Killings? Raven? Abyss?

Don't see rappers as main eventers, Raven lost a few steps, can Abyss talk?

Ron Killings was the first breakout star of TNA... and Chris FUCKING Harris deserves a main event spot over him, despite having a fifth of the talent, 1/100000000000th of the mic skills, and and 1/off the charteth overness?

Ron Killings needs to get away from 3 Live Cru and drop the rapper personality if he is to become champion again.

You know you want to see Billy Gunn & BG Roaddog James vs AMW or Outlaw vs Harris in a cage match for the NWA title.

With a stable manager that doesn't get fired every few months, Abyss would be a terrific main event talent.

The fans still want to see Raven complete his destiny. It's all that's keeping him there. It gives him a new direction to do as well besides whipping the booker's son with the rope.

Ron Killings, if he returned to his heel persona that made him a star in the first place, I don't see a problem using him as a main eventer.

Actually, he doesn't need to drop 3LK or his "rapper personality" (and really, he hasn't been booked as a rapping wrestler since he was K-Kwik/K-Krush, and he only raps now and then) to become World champion. All he needs is for Dusty, Jeff, or whoever the hell else is in charge to realize how big of a star he could be (think about marketing him to black, "urban" fans, as that's his entire gimmick, and he actually LOOKS the part), and how he's never had a match where HE'S been the reason it wasn't as good as it could have been (in fact, I can't think of one Truth match that I didn't enjoy).

On the AMW argument:

Harris is by far the smoother & more consistent of the two, and if you go back and watch the cage matches, Harris was taking the biggest risks. Chris's biggest problem is that he just lacks that certain something, that fire that separates the really big stars from all the other wrestlers. He comes off as a bit emotionless & robotic sometimes.

Storm on the other hand certainly has no problems bringing the fire, as his babyface comebacks are just as energetic as anyone else working today. His downsides are that sometimes he's just plain sloppy with his moves (I've got a tape of him giving me a hella lame superkick that was downright embarassing to have to sell) and his thick Southern accent has even me, a fellow Tennessean, wondering what the hell he's saying in his promos.

But together, they do make one damn good tag-team. Not as good as, say, the Dudleys or the various great 80's teams (the Expresses and so forth), but certainly better than anyone the WWE has teaming up right now.

EDIT: and to drag the discussion back on topic, yeah, TNA definitely needs more Jerry Lynn.

Any reason why he is not currently wrestling?

Because Juvi fucked up his shoulder on a totally unprotected Juvi Driver. Lynn is currently rehabbing while working as a road agent and I believe is the head trainer at the TNA wrestling school they started. He plans to return when his shoulder is fully healed.

Ah, the 911 Juvi Driver. Such a sweet, sweet looking move...but so dangerous because Juvi does it routinely to people bigger than him (which is just about everybody he wrestles).
