Guest Deadbolt Posted March 13, 2005 Report Posted March 13, 2005 Last night, during the RoH's "Back to Basics" main event, C.M. Punk/Spanky vs. Samoa Joe/Jay Lethal Steven Richards interfered and super kicked C.M. Punk. I think his is a sign ROH . I for one am all for it. It'll be cool to see him wrestle for ROH. What you guys think?
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 Stevie's still under contract with WWE, so this is probably just a bone thrown his way after getting his face caved in.
DangerousDamon Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 Steven Richards is booked for three upcoming Ring Of Honor events: April 2nd in Asbury Park, New Jersey, April 16th in Dorchester, Massachusetts and May 7th in New York City. They've probably made it crystal clear that Richards isn't to be put in any position where he might get injured, so chances are he'll take zero bumps.
1234-5678 Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 I'd rather see him back in 3PW or at the ECW Reunion in June.
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 If he wants to put in an appearance at either of those, he'll probably be allowed to do so.
Steviekick Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 I hope they use him in the WWEcw show, at least in a cool way. I do have a little bit of help, since they are making a Big Stevie Cool figure in the new ECW line.
Guest Shadow Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 There's some waves that Richards might be a spy to feel out Punk. Which makes no sense, when MICK FOLEY is gung-ho about you, that should be enough.
Mystery Eskimo Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 I could see Richards and Punk making a pretty cool tag team, actually. I'm sure Punk would get over in WWE with his straight edge stuff.
