It makes sense. Sure, he's trying to use legal BS to try to justify it when he should just try common sense, but yeah.

 

However, this doesn't change the fact that, despite the fact that if you see two bathrooms, each single-use, and it has a lock on it, there's really nothing preventing you from going into the women's and doing your thing. I've never heard of any penalty for it.

 

Of course, if somebody goes in after you, you may be expected to explain yourself, and if you dropped a huge bomb while you were in there it can be embarassing.

 

Women would be really upset about it, though, because even if they provide urinals, you know plenty of men would still hose all over the toilet seats.

I just find it necessary to comment that I started to read the replies here, and they might have been the dumbest, least funny thing I've ever read. It reminds me of every joke I've ever heard from people with no sense of humor.

I don't exactly think busting out the ol' "Jokey McJokerton" is really going to win any new devotees in an evaluation of humor.

 

I want to know how exactly you determine if someone is three times a lady.
