Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted March 31, 2005 With the 58th pick in the TSM Mock NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers select.. S Josh Bullocks, Nebraska Strengths: Was very productive with the Huskers...Has a nose for the ball...Excels in coverage and has excellent range...Has good athletic ability...Is very smart...A ballhawk and a playmaker. Weaknesses: Only average versus the run and isn't super physical...Will take too many risks in an effort to make the big play...Solid speed, but not special...Did not have a huge junior season. Notes: The type of safety who will be a staple of the highlight shows because of his knack for making the big play. Getting a safety with a knack for making the big play and instinctive in coverage will be exactly what Green Bay needs for replacing Darren Sharper, though I doubt Bullocks will be around this long. A 4.46 is decent for the position, but you don't exactly need lightning quick speed in the safety spot as much as you do at cornerback, especially with Moss out of the division now. Looking back I think I might have taken Cody a bit early, but I would probably have wanted to go after Davis or Brodney Pool had they been available, but I thought Cody and Burnett were better picks, and lucky me Bullocks fell this far. I like this draft so far. My next one is a sleeper if he's still around..
Guest Failed Mascot Report post Posted April 1, 2005 This thing is taking forever and everybody is just dropping out now anyways. Feel free to make sports once again disappear for me.
Your Paragon of Virtue 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2005 You could just leave and not come back? Good pick PinJockey, though I would've gone with a tackle or TE myself, but I'm not picking so I'll just shutup now.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted April 1, 2005 I knew this thing shouldn't have lasted past two rounds.
Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2005 It was too early to hold a mock draft, with still the possibility of trades occuring.
the pinjockey 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2005 New plan. We will clean up round 2, then anyone who wants to do more jump in and say so. If there are enough people we will spilt up the remaining teams, if not we will just call it after two. Atlanta's time is a bit up so we'll go Jonathon Babineuax, DT, Iowa

Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted April 22, 2005 Our mock draft is already inaccurate with the Oakland-New York-Houston trade..
Brett Favre 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2005 I doubt Carlos Rogers would have fell that far anyway.
Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2005 Once San Fran took Cedric Benson, and Miami Derrick Johnson the draft lost any sense of realism.
Guest Flyboy Report post Posted April 22, 2005 I agree, Vern, but it was kinda fun while it lasted.
