Albany police arrested a 21-year-old homeless man who's accused of printing child pornography he accessed on the Internet at the New York State Library.

 

A police spokesman says someone at a homeless shelter noticed the man with pictures showing adults with very young children.

 

The library does not use Internet filters because they can block legitimate sites.  The library's policy calls for the expulsion of anyone who uses its computers to view obscene or pornographic materials.

 

well, it appears that in this case, they've gotten one pedophile while he was still young, and before he could do something even worse. Although, don't be stunned if this guy does more stuff too

If he's homeless and thus, presumably, does not have regular internet access, how would he even be able to locate child porn?

 

I'm not a huge porn guy, but child porn seems like something you could only find if you knew where to look since I have never once accidentally stumbled across any kiddie shit while searching for pornography (thankfully).

Surely it can't be that simple though, or the cops or FBI or who ever could just find it all on google and put a stop to it.
