Adam 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2005 Awesome show, I really didn't expect CWM's swerve at the end. Caboose being added to the mix makes it *that* much more interesting. Great job by Hoff on the opening promo, set the tone for the Axel/Crystal segments to come. Also some good stuff to build up PRL/Panther. KingPK 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2005 I continue to really enjoy the interplay between Crystal and Axel, so much that I kind of wish that they were going at it at AM instead of Axel being involved with the title. That was a pretty damn quick switch in Josie's office from the whole thing with Axel to that Brock contract signing, I must say OMG CWM swerve~! OMG PART II Caboose returns~! Tony149 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2005 (edited) Excellent opening promo from Hoff/Stone. I liked the whole "puppets in revolt" and puppermaster going down comments. I couldn't help but laugh when Drek referred to Hoff's body as "roid-infested". I guess the OAOAST is the only time Buff will ever seen the main events. Only have managed to skim VX-Panther and PR-JJ. Enjoyed the Joise/Axel/K-Money and Killings/Ausstin segments. I liked $ replacing the "S" in Scotty. Good promo, too. The Sk8ter Boiz got a W! Well, The Marv did...with an apparent illegal switch...but a win is a win for SB. Yes! The Dude will make it on the biggest show of the year. I didn't even suspect there was a OAOAST wrestler posing as the EB until Krista revealed herself -- and not to Jules Asner. Krista made Scotty her bitch. Some awesomeness from the Axel-Crystal feud. I liked how Axel regained his killer instinct. Abosolutely loved the ending. As a fan of Terry Funk, the branding iron is one of my favorite wrestling related weapons, and the way Caboose made the save was awesome. Hoff 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2005 I'm not saying when the Drek/Hoff feud will end, but I'll be genuienly sad when it happens. Over the past couple months the interplay between the two has grown great. I feel like I've been writing some of my best stuff and NYU's has been par excellence. Anyway. I've only skimmed the show, but I enjoyed it. I marked out for the Saints' return, and I love the "Heavenly Rockers" nickname, and of course it sets up Rockers/Midnights which is great. I thought Axel and Crystal was amazing, because just when you thought we were ready to get going...*BAM*!! New piece of the puzzle. Good good to see Gunner back. I have to say I was THRILLED that CWM turned, because it didn't seem right. I dunno about this Caboose thing, I wasn't around for his heyday, but it's interesting at least. The 70's Dude made me laugh as always, and the announcement made there was huge...as Frig already knows, I think I'm looking forward to this match more than any other.
