The needle issue and high fatality potential turn me off./ I actually try to avoid most substances that can cause addiction or death, but I do enjoy cigarettes, and I used to drink all the time and pop up to 10 Vicodin at the same time. I don't know how strong Oxycontin is compared to Vicodin, but what I was doing wa slikely similar. I guess I justified it by being able to just stop whenever I wanted, which I actually could rather than just assuming I could.

Oxycontin is really not that far away from heroin, people. Tablets are time-release, stay in the system for LONG periods of time (10-12 hours isn't uncommon), and are potent. It's real easy to take one earlier, then start drinking way later, and get too fucked up. If you break them up to snort/shoot them..talk about a quick dosage of opiates..

Oxys are bad juju, people. Highly, HIGHLY addictive. Trust me, I know, I've seen several people get hooked on them. They are fun to take, but jesus you gotta be careful with them.

This girl is skinny, wants to be a model, but every time we get together and party, she takes like one and a half oxy. I told her that I thought she should slow down a bit and she goes, "This is normally how much I take, one and a half a day." Then I ran into her last night and she goes, "I hope I don't go through withdrawals."

 

Do people not realize that Oxy is addictive as all shit, and that binging on them for long periods of time will actually fuck you up? Because I don't think that they do.
