Nicknames that never caught on

Speaking of Billy Gunn, I can remember Ross calling him "Billy G" on a couple of eps of Raw In late 2000 before "The One" failed moniker.

I remember reading something that TNN didn't like his last name being "Gunn" since it was too similar to "gun" and they didn't want it to be said on the network. Still, it was a very bad way to cover it up.

In WCW 2000 Mark Madden used to call Kevin Nash "The Sexecutioner".

Another Mark Madden nickname that no one else ever bothered using was when he would always call Shannon Moore "HB2K"
