Road Warriors DVD

Ever since the Rocker Reuinion a few weeks back, I had forgotten how good tag team wrestling could be. I would love to get my fat grubby little hands on this.

Looks pretty good. I havent seen most of this stuff so Ill definately pick it up.

I also like the fact that they have alternate commentarys by JR & Animal. Thats a nice touch.

How is it that the Road Warriors get JR but Chris Benoit got Todd Grisham? Wouldn't Grisham be better suited for the Warriors, considering their lack of scientific wrestling skill, and JR be better suited for Benoit's matches?

 

Well, Grisham would be better suited for not commentating ever again, but you all get my point.

Prob cuz JR knows more about the warriors since he was in the naw in the 80s and possibly friends with both animal and hawk

Ya know, seeing JR on RAW for all this time, it's almost hard to remember his NWA/WCW ties.

JR will be perfect for this, especially with Animal since I'm sure they go way back. The Benoit DVD would have been fine with just Cole and Tazz commentary and no Benoit/Grisham/Malenko, or if they just went with some combination of absolutly Tazz/Benoit with possibly Cole and/or Malenko thrown in.

It's getting harder and harder for me to care about WWE's current product, but at least they keep on releasing some great DVD's.

 

I'll most definitely be picking this one up.
