UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2005 Just purchased their extensive match jukebox for 4 bucks for a month. Clicked the link, for example, of Sting Vs. The Black Scorpion. First, it says my browser doesn't have something to support the Windows media Player thing in the pop-up window. This is odd, as I'm using Firefox Version 1.04 and Windows Media Player version 9, which are pretty up-to-date (WMP is up to 10). It says to "click a link to the right" instead, which I do. This makes Windows media Player pop up, and the same "Searching for file...file loading...loading file" message appears, and then a "the server could not be reached message." Anyone help with this? I feel it belongs here much more than Computers.
WrestlingFan4Ever 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2005 I had the same problem when I got Match Jukebox a month ago. What I think I did to fix the problem was to just download the latest version of WM Player from the website and then restart my computer. It's been working great since. Not 100% sure if that's all I did to fix it, bu try it out.
DrVenkman PhD 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2005 Anytime I've had a problem with something I talked to one of WWE.com's live support team and the problem seemed to fix itself without me having to do anything but tell him/her what was happening.
Prophet of Mike Zagurski 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2005 I think it has to do with the Digital Media Rights system. You should try upgrading to WMP 10.
Secret Agent 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2005 Turn off your firewall if your using one and if you are running through a router you'll have to configure the firewall off.
UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2005 I upgraded to WMP 10. It now says "Digital Media Rights component was not installed properly". I am using a router, with 5 or 6 other ethernet cables going into it.

DrVenkman PhD 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2005 I've been getting "Error 500" or something along those lines all weekend whenever I try to finish up the month of May. Whenever I try to watch something from June it loads up the WWE.com front page but for now I assume that's because it's not officially posted.
