Guest Ransome Report post Posted June 23, 2005 48 Well, nobody's perfect. SOME LIKE IT HOT 1959 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm glad they included a quote from this classic scene, although it's a tad questionable to make it this one since the quote by itself doesn't work without the lines preceding it. Anakin Flair 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2005 I didn't get this: 78 Open the pod bay doors, HAL. 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY 1968 I would have thought they'd use 'Good Morning, Dave.' since that is more widley quoted.

bob_barron 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2005 I do. Jerry Maguire is awesome. Jerry's whole speech though should've been on there instead of just Had me at hello.

spiny norman 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2005 #28 is funny. I dunno if a quote that is constantly misremembered should be on there. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's "No, I am your father." I'm surprised it's not there either. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You could at least try to be consistent. But then you claim The Wizard of Oz is overrated, so I shall leave you to wallow in your own silliness. Special K 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2005 That's not inconsistent at all. I said I'm surprised it's not on there, not that it should be on there. If they put #28 on there, why wouldn't they put 'no, I am your father'? At least 'no I am your father' is very very close to 'Luke I am your father.' Closer than "Play it, Sam. Play 'As Time Goes By.'" is to 'Play it again, Sam.'
