Guest Fook_Theta Report post Posted July 9, 2005 House shows can either be the most interesting and entertaining events or pure drizzling shits depending on the luck of the draw. Usually the main event is pretty zany and fun. If you've got nothing to do and plenty of cash, give it a shot. The worse that could happen is you walk out after several horrible matches only to miss a really fun main/co-main event.
Vampiro69 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2005 Last two house shows that I have seem have been pretty good. Saw Orton actually have a good match against Lance Storm, Jericho and Edge, Batista/HHH vs Orton/Benoit (this was the week when Orton was kicked out of Evolution) Christian vs RVD in a ladder match. Usually the first 2 matches are filler but after that it gets pretty good
Danville_Wrestling 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2005 I'm attending a RAW house show @ Rupp Arena tomorrow evening in Lexington, Kentucky. Here is the card they have for the show: WWE Title: John Cena vs. Edge Shawn Michaels vs. HHH (w/Flair) Shelton Benjamin vs. Carlito Big Show vs. Snitsky Hurricane & Rosey vs. The Heart Throbs Christy Hemme vs. Victoria Tajiri vs. Chris Masters Viscera vs. Rob Conway I imagine that the Michaels-HHH match will get changed since both men are heels and that match wouldn't make much sense. However, I don't see right now who they may plug in because I don't really think Hogan would be doing the house show circuit @ this stage in his career. Also, it doesn't look like a highly impressive card but I've never attended a WWE show in my life (attended two WCW ones with one being a Thunder taping that happened about six years ago) so I figure this will at least attempt to be entertaining. I'll try to provide a recap if I can later.
