tekcop, I think the main reason I like the match so much is because of AJ's selling. He ends up bumping on his head for nearly everything Hurricane throws at him, and thats what at least IMO makes the match fun to watch.

Damn, that was a really fun match. If only they had 17 minutes, instead of 7. Still, it was longer than I thought it would be. Shannon wasn't great (but wasn't bad, either), but London and Spank just ruled it. Great offense from London at the end. Some really neat false finishes and nearfalls. Just great fun. Love it.

That Basham/Jindrak match was excellent. I loved Basham working Jindrak's knee by slamming him so that his legs landed across the ring ropes. Very unique, and a great use of his environment as a weapon. I also loved the selling of the left hook. The Basham landed in a heap on the floor like he had been shot.

 

Who would've thought Jindrak could wrestle that well?

Regarding the comp idea, I have the majority of Velocity's run only missing the first four months. From 9/21/02 until 8/30/03 the matches are just comped onto a bunch of tapes, like the rest of WWE TV from that time. From 9/6/03 onward, I have full episodes, maybe missing a couple here and there due to recording the wrong channel or forgetting to setup the VCR, but the vast majority of them are there. The same thing applies to Heat (and Raw and Smackdown).

 

So... since I already have most of the footage, I'd be more than happy to make comps for you guys (for a small monetary donation, of course ). Let me know if you guys would like me to make these for you and if so, start those matchlists.
