"Man" gets arrested for exposing his breasts

A Cincinnati man has been charged with public indecency for exposing his breasts.

 

Jerome Mason, a 23-year-old from Over-The-Rhine, appeared in court Tuesday after being cited for public indecency just after midnight on April 22nd.

 

It's unclear if the man has breasts that are larger than the average male's or if he has breast implants.

 

Im thinking he's not a man any longer though, by the pictures..

 

I think Ric Flair will be wearing a T-Shirt the next time he shows up in Cincy though.

Over-the-Rhine? Oh man, that place is a shithole. I went to a show at Bogart's in Cinci one time, and got lost in there somehow. I called up a friend who was familiar with the city, told him where I was, who replied "What the fuck are you doing there?" and advised me to leave as quickly as possible.

AoO is completely right in saying that Over the Rhine is a shithole. I've had to go there a few times back when I lived in Cincy. Not a nice place at all.
