2GOLD Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Man "Abraham Lincoln had the same amount of experience in the senate as Obama" Woman "AND HE GOT SHOT!" Man "Wasn't his fault!" (both laugh) these are the people that are picking who we get to pick from as President? They aren't as bad as people who vote based on which candidate has the best hairstyle and wardrobe.
megaadvice Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 27% of vote in for the DEMS. 33 vs 33 vs 32. It will be close. Huckerbee wins. Good.
Big Ol' Smitty Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 I will be happy with either an Edwards or Obama win. I'm still undecided, although I have donated to Obama by going to a rally (not that it really matters who I vote for, since I live in a late primary state).
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Huckerbee wins. Good. No. Bad. Crazy.
2GOLD Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 27% of vote in for the DEMS. 33 vs 33 vs 32. It will be close. Huckerbee wins. Good. The power of Ric Flair, Trace Adkins and Chuck Norris combined was too much for the people of Iowa to ignore.
megaadvice Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Obama seems to be pulling away 35% for him and 31% for the others. He can't be caught now 70% of the vote in. Shame Hillary will win in NY and all the super Tuesday primaries. I really hope Obama gets the nomination. Huckabee winning is FAR better than the slimeball Romney.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Its gonna be Obama and Huckabee where's my cookie?
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 some lady on NBC just said that this is a very special day for America because Barack Obama might've won a caucus.
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Hey, 10% for Ron Paul with 41% reporting. That's not horrible.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Hey, 10% for Ron Paul with 41% reporting. That's not horrible. doesn't look like he'll finish top 4 to be in the sat NH debate
Gary Floyd Posted January 4, 2008 Author Report Posted January 4, 2008 So, It looks like Obama won, with Edwards at 2nd and Hillary at 3rd.
2GOLD Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 So, It looks like Obama won, with Edwards at 2nd and Hillary at 3rd. Too bad it'll probably be the reverse in the states that matter. I really hope it's not though, I might actually be able to get behind Obama.
PUT THAT DICK IN MY MOUTH! Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 If Clinton gets the nomination I'll probably be forced to become one of those faggots who votes for a third party. Ughh/ Hey it looks like there's a chance that maybe this won't happen. Hooray!
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 You're an Obama guy? naw MSNBC is breaking out the big guns here, huh. Rachel Maddow, Keith Olbermann, Howard Dean, campaign managers for Obama and Edwards.
PUT THAT DICK IN MY MOUTH! Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 You're an Obama guy? naw I'm a stupid naive baby who totally buys into his "I stand for change!" rhetoric lol *shrug*
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Man, "change" sure is the buzzword tonight, isn't it? I'm sure you have great reasons to support Obama, though. Most people in our age group do. Edwards is such a slimeball, isn't he. The only thing he has going for him is that he's a white guy.
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 I see Hillary Clinton on my television. It's like staring into the jaws of hell.
Toshiaki Koala Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 I'm glad Huckabee won. Someone must put a stop to the institutionalized necrophilia that has overtaken this country.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Chuck Norris is right behind Huckabee..aww
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Huckabee is so fucking scary. There's something likable about him but HE'S A BAD PERSON.
snuffbox Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Huckabee's win today probably moves John McCain into the number-one spot in the GOP. Thompson will drop out, presumably quickly, and endorse McCain. Romney is the first of the three worst Republican options (other two being Huck and Rudy) that can almost completely be written off, he's going to end up losing both of his must-win states. I really hope this is the beginning of a quick end to Hilary's candidacy.
Quit Calling My Mama Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Haha, after Hillary's speech Bill Clinton leaned over to whisper to Vilsack. The look on Vilsack's face tells me it wasn't the nicest of comments towards the former Governor of Iowa. there goes his shot at VP if Hillary does end up winning this thing.
Big Ol' Smitty Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 I thought John Edwards' speech was awesome. btw, I nailed the D side on the predickshuns, not so much the R.
snuffbox Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Johnboy Edwards is the used car dealer of the Democratic field.
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Here's what I took from his speech: Change. Wah.
snuffbox Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Obama giving a tremendous speech at the moment.
