Hoff 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2005 I've only skimmed, but I had to stop a few times to take in the action. It really looks awesome, you guys. More later.
Tony149 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2005 Some feedback now, more later. Very professional opening. A welcome change from the big productions normally done. *cough*LTP opening*cough* (And I wrote it ) Papacita once again did a fantastic job with the graphics. He hasn't disappointed yet. Crystal-PK: Good story told with PK's bum knee. The commentary was fun to read. The involvement of The Coach was interesting. Overall, very good opener. Fun way of explaining the "missing match." I apologize to any of you who were expecting more from the NNMX-Punk Rockers match. I've finally accomplished my mission of writing all 3 characters out of the show. Step one on The Heavenly Rockers stairway to heaven. The new 24/7 Title is hilarious. Awesome job to whoever came up with the graphic. Papi, I'm assuming. Black/SJ vs. The GPX: Storyline driven, but I like how SJ turned on Dan. With the history between Dan and SJ, and SJ and my character, lots of things can go down. Skimmed the rest of the show, but like Hoff said, it looked really good. Congrats to our new World Champion. To another 11 days.
Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2005 Technically, wasn't the LC 2-2, since well, I turned on Dan. TAKE THAT SUCKER~! NEW BLOOD 2K3~!
Ed Wood Caulfield 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2005 Yeah, but I always considered Popick to be an "unofficial" member of The Lightning Crew. He only hangs out with them because he's managing PRL, but he doesn't really care about them, only PR, since that's his "Corporate Champion". Sort of like when Bret Hart used to come to the ring with the nWo, but wasn't an actual member back in 1998. Or when DX "adopted" Mankind into the group when he won the WWF Title for the first time. Anyway, I skimmed the show except the main event, which I loved. Hoff and Axel kicking out of each other's finishers was a surprise, as was Axel acting like a heel. Congradulations Hoff! It's about time! Also, thanks for putting my matches in the order I wanted them to, although you forgot to add LaParkaYourCar into the credits. Hopefully, Masked Man Of Mystery will have the Lindsay/Ayane match sent today, although if you read the show, you'll know who won that match. Now that I think about it, maybe I should have held off on the debut of the new 24/7 Title until HeldDOWN~!. By debuting the belt before the PRL/Otaku match, I may have unintentionally given away the ending to that match. What do you guys think? I'll give more feedback later. Before HeldDOWN~! this Thursday atleast.
LaParkaYourCar 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2005 I was left out of the credits. EDIT: Oops I see that PRL already mentioned that.
Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2005 i tend to agree with your critique of the 24/7 belt btw, kudos to Hoff/Axel, whoever wrote the main event. Really good read guys
Hoff 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2005 Thanks, we co-wrote it. LPYC, I apologize, PR even told me that you guys worked together. It shall be corrected.
Masked Man of Mystery 0 Report post Posted August 30, 2005 I sent in the match, sorry for being late
Hoff 0 Report post Posted August 30, 2005 Edited it in. I just read the VX/Parka street fight, and that was a pretty good match. Parka really seemed to have heart, staying alive and then digging down deep with the will to win. Some pretty cool chair spots, and a great finish. Nice work, guys.
